Push Notifications for Read

Posted on Feb 14, 2013 in News | 0 comments

Starting in the next couple days, we’ll start to send push notifications to ‘Read’ subscribers whenever a journal they follow releases new articles.

We hope this will help our subscribers keep at the cutting edge of medical science.  Forget email based electronic table of contents (eTOC).  With Read’s push notification system, it’s as simple as getting an alert, swiping your iPhone or iPad and then scanning for new research that interests you.

What if you don’t want these push notifications?  No problem.  Just turn them off by adjusting your settings.

Instructions for iPhone

1.  Tap on the gears icon to access your settings.

2.  Choose “Settings and Information”
