Double bladder with complete sagittal septum: diagnosis and treatment.

A case of double bladder with complete sagittal septum in which the excluded bladder and septum were removed (together with the silent kidney and ureter) is described. Long-term follow-up has confirmed the success of the operation. Cases of this rare malformation reported in the literature are reviewed and diagnosis and therapy are discussed.
