Pityriasis rotunda.
Pityriasis rotunda is described as a persistent, large, sharply defined circular patch of dry ichthyosiform scaling with no inflammatory changes. Here we report a case of pityriasis rotunda in a thirteen year old girl in view of the rarity of the condition.
