Coronary arterial aneurysms in neurofibromatosis 1: case report and review of the literature.

Computer tomography (CT) angiography of the coronary arteries in a patient with known neurofibromatosis type 1 demonstrated aneurysmal dilatation of the left anterior descending and right coronary arteries. Although there are multiple reports in the literature of vascular malformations associated with neurofibromatosis type 1, only very few cases of coronary involvement have been described. We present a case and a review of those previously published reports.
