Pemphigus vulgaris in a recipient and pemphigus foliaceus in a donor after allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation between two siblings.

Cytotoxic T lymphocyte-mediated autoimmune diseases, such as Basedow's disease,1 vitiligo,2 and insulin-dependent diabetes,3 might be transferred from a donor to a recipient through an allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (allo-BMT). Myasthenia gravis, an autoantibody-mediated disease, is also transferred through an allo-BMT;4 however, it remains unknown whether it applies to autoantibody-mediated bullous diseases.
