Four related fibrosing diseases. When you find one, look for another.

Peyronie's disease, Dupuytren's contracture, aponeurotic plantar fibrosis, and knuckle pads are fibrosing diseases with many common features. Recognition of these disorders and their interrelationships will result in rewarding discoveries and, quite possibly, in earlier treatment when disease is more responsive.
