Double percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy fixation: an effective treatment for recurrent gastric volvulus.

A lady with recurrent gastric volvulus (and a poor surgical risk) was treated by insertion of two percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy tubes to anchor the stomach to the anterior abdominal wall. The tubes were removed 5 months later, and she remained asymptomatic.
